Job Description:
As a Research Technician at Axchem, you will play a key role in developing innovative chemical solutions for the paper industry. Working within our R&D team, you will contribute to designing, testing, and optimizing formulations tailored to our clients’ needs while adhering to environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests to develop new chemical formulations.
• Analyze product properties and optimize their performance for various applications.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure the industrial feasibility of developed solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results and project progress.
• Participate in technological monitoring to identify new trends and innovations in the field.

Required Profile:

• Degree in chemistry, material sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in a laboratory (including internships) in product development or chemical analysis.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standards.
