AXCHEM strategy to prevent scale involves several steps:

  • Data analysis: Understanding scale nature, amount, location & conditions,
  • Solution: Applying boil-out (acid or alkaline) or hydro blastings,

Scales are strongly influenced by pH, temperature, ionic concentration, type of wood, water sources, and oxidative bleaching, so they have to be identified and treated continuously and uniquely.
